Instead, we facilitate Leasehold titles (typically 25-30 years with extensions) or ownership through a PT PMA (Foreign-Owned Company). How long does it take to build?

For a standard luxury villa (approx. 300-400m²), construction timeline is typically 12 to 14 months. This excludes initial permitting phase, which can take 2-3 months depending on location (IMB/PBG permits). Commercial projects or large estates may take longer.
